About You:
Experience in a technical or quality supervisory role within UK food manufacturing is essential
Sound knowledge of food safety systems including HACCP, BRCGS and customer standards
A strong communicator and effective problem-solver with a practical, hands-on approach
Detail-oriented, organised and committed to continuous improvement
Ambitious and development-focused looking to progress into a Technical Manager role

What will you be doing?
Supporting the Technical Manager in ensuring food safety and quality across site operations
Leading day-to-day QA and technical functions and overseeing compliance activities
Assisting in internal and external audits and maintaining high audit-ready standards
Investigating customer complaints and non-conformances and implementing corrective actions
Playing a key role in continuous improvement and supporting business growth

We are seeking applications from talented Technical Supervisors, Quality Supervisors, Assistant Technical Managers, QA Team Leaders, or Quality Managers who live within Wincanton, Yeovil, Sherborne, Frome, Castle Cary, Bruton, or the surrounding areas of Somerset and Dorset.
