What skills and experience we're looking for


We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring, and effective team player to join our team of LSAs. The successful candidate will support the classroom teacher with their responsibilities for the development and progress of all students, assist in the development of pupils’ learning, provide care, and manage students’ behaviour under the guidance of the teacher and the Strategic Leadership Team.


You will need to hold an NVQ Level 2 or above to apply and have recent and relevant experience. You should have high expectations of work and behaviour, be able to work effectively in a team, be flexible, and demonstrate initiative.

Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The school may conduct online searches on shortlisted applicants. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and a comprehensive screening process, including a Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure at Enhanced level, will be undertaken on all applicants.
