My client needs someone with experience in serving notices and writing the reports for these, and also to have the ability to undertake the appeals if they arise. It's crucial that applicants can hit the ground running and are good at reviewing complicated sites. The requirement is to ideally attend the office twice a week, but my client can offer some flexibility on this if needed.
