Location: Bexhill or Leicester (Hybrid Working)

Role overview


You’ll be enhancing the team’s performance in line with our Anti-Fraud strategy by providing operational leadership, effective coaching delivery and supporting in indemnity spend reduction and customer risk protection.

Job details – you’ll need to have demonstrable experience in:


1. Strive to exceed individual and team objectives through managing colleagues, workloads and performance

2. Implementing our Fraud strategy and the creation and introduction of relevant performance measures

3. Working with your team and wider business areas, such as Claims Audit, to ensure the team’s quality and development needs are met on a day-to-day basis

4. Ensure each and every colleague is supported with regular 121s, performance development plans and follow management processes for underperformance, behaviours and absence

5. Collaborating with other teams and wider stakeholders/departments to ensure alignment and embedment of our Anti-Fraud strategy and philosophy

6. Celebrating success and creating a winning environment with your team – ultimately rewarding and recognising colleagues for the great work they do

Essential skills/experience:


7. Claims Fraud technical knowledge, including a strong commercial and operational understanding in the department

8. Strong understanding of motivation and able to demonstrate how and what makes a high performing team

9. High level of self-awareness and understand of others, able to flex leadership and communication style to get the most out of our colleagues

10. Excellent stakeholder management experience with a proven collaborative approach to problem solving

11. Strong coaching ability – able to support colleagues to encourage development and consistent performance
