Job Title: Experienced Lettings Negotiator
Location: Thetford
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 basic (DOE) | OTE £30,000 - £32,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm | Every other Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (day in lieu provided)
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a market-leading, independent estate agency in Thetford. This is a fantastic role for a driven and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is looking to further their career within a successful and well-established team.
Key Responsibilities
* Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
* Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback
* Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
* Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Generating new business opportunities and assisting with market appraisals where required
* Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
* Contributing to team targets and overall office performance
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Professional and personable approach
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
