Role Description
This is a part time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Preston. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office tasks, handling phone calls, and providing executive administrative support. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clerical records, coordinating meetings, and assisting in the preparation of reports and correspondence.
Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
* Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
* Clerical Skills including organizing and maintaining records
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
* Experience with office software and equipment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
