This role requires delivering a high level of customer service, supporting employee relations, and contributing to HR policy development and implementation. \n Deliver proactive HR advice on policies, terms and conditions, employment law, and best practice. \n Provide coaching and advice to managers on employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievance, capability) in line with company policy and procedures.
