At the Rowe Veterinary Group we appreciate that work-life balance is a priority for our staff and over the last few years have been proactive in creating a positive and supportive work place. We have made several changes to ensure vets are able to take lunch breaks and leave on time; these include employing twilight vets, removing the last consult of the day, structuring rotas to allow for admin time and driving a culture that challenges, rather than champions, staying beyond your finish time.

We encourage a collaborative working culture where we share ideas and support each other. Several of our vets have Certificates in medicine and surgery, whilst others are currently working towards them. We enjoy supporting our new graduates and have EMS students on a regular basis enabling us to give back to the Veterinary community.
