Salary: £30,000 £32,000 + bonus
Hours: MondayFriday, 09:3018:00
Hours per week: 40 (No weekends)
Bonus: £300+ per month + 1% over 120% target (when KPIs are achieved)
The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting both retail and workshop operations. You will handle parts enquiries, process orders, manage stock control, and ensure the smooth and efficient supply of parts to meet business and customer needs.
You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring accuracy, speed, and professionalism at all times.
