What You’ll Bring
* Deep expertise in Total Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR strategy
* Strong experience in job evaluation, pay benchmarking, and reward design
* Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
* A passion for making reward systems more equitable and impactful
* Crucially, you must be trained or qualified in the Hay Group Methodology

Location & Travel
