Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an Account Manager to join a successful fit-out company based in the Swindon area. This is a rare opportunity for someone with a background in shop fit out account management to work within a dynamic and growing business. Key Duties: Maintain and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients and appointed partners. Ensure professional and high-quality customer service is delivered at all times. Manage enquiries, cost documents, and financial accounts within agreed timescales. Monitor and ensure accuracy of client pricing documents and templates. Review and produce project final accounts for presentation and negotiation. Audit new business estimating activities and support successful tender submissions. Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to achieve successful project outcomes. Liaise with clients and partners regarding commercial matters. Oversee prototype development processes and manage expectations. Monitor quotations for accuracy against project drawings and schedules. Manage stock levels to maintain commercial efficiency. Produce weekly reports on project quotations and final account status. Monitor pricing rates and maintain commercial competitiveness. Update business sales forecast documents monthly. Requirements: Previous experience within shop fit out account management. Strong relationship management and communication skills. Ability to apply commercial judgement and negotiation skills effectively. Experience working within retail interiors and display equipment sectors. Ability to interpret drawings, schedules, bills of materials, and client control documents. Understanding of tendering processes and methods of working.
