Due to growth, the team are looking to recruit a Legal Graduate on a full-time, permanent basis. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting global clients on complex legal and financial documentation, developing specialist expertise that bridges law, regulation, and financial services. Key Responsibilities Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of key financial and trading documentation such as ISDA Master Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, and other derivatives contracts under supervision. Develop an understanding of the regulatory and compliance frameworks that govern capital markets and financial documentation. Work closely with international clients and senior negotiators to support transactions and resolve documentation issues. Identify potential legal or operational risks and escalate appropriately to senior colleagues. Maintain accurate records, contribute to internal databases, and support process improvement initiatives across the legal services team. The Ideal Candidate A law graduate (LLB, LLM, or equivalent) with a strong academic record. A genuine interest in commercial, financial, or capital markets law. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional client relationships. Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
