The firm is band 1 ranked in Chambers’ High Net Worth Guide. The contentious probate team is well supported by a highly regarded and well-connected private client team. It forms part of the wider litigation team, which is also band 1 ranked in the Legal 500 and consists of two partners, three senior associates, a solicitor, a paralegal and a trainee. The litigation team is well regarded and is regularly involved in high profile cases reported in the law reports and the national press.
The Role
The successful contentious probate solicitor will have to quickly get to grips with an existing and growing caseload. Main duties include the running of high value cases, developing and maintaining client relationships and managing a varied case load.
Requirements
Experience in contentious probate as a solicitor.
