We are looking for a Part‑time, Permanent LEGO Brand Ambassador to bring the LEGO brand to life across a portfolio of stores in Brighton, Crawley, Eastbourne, Horsham, Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas. This role involves hands‑on store visits to create eye‑catching displays, deliver high‑quality customer experiences, champion the LEGO brand, and build relationships with key retail partners.
Working Hours & Location
22.5 hours per week across three weekdays (one of which must be Wednesday or Thursday). You will work within the M25 and be required to travel up to 34miles per visit.
Compensation
£13.45 per hour (London rates £14.30). Up to 20% bonus (total OTE £15.30 per hour).
Responsibilities
* Design and maintain standout displays, checking stock and supporting promotions.
* Plan and deliver every store visit efficiently and consistently.
* Negotiate space, visibility, and activity with store managers to ensure LEGO stands out.
* Build strong in‑store relationships with colleagues and decision‑makers at Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, B&M and Smyths.
Key Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle.
* Merchandising, retail or field sales experience is preferred, but not essential.
* Positive, organised approach with strong attention to detail.
* Enjoy variety, independence and working out in store.
