Corporate Legal Director (Energy)

£95,000-£105,000 + Significant Bonus

What you’ll do
You’ll help develop the corporate offering in the Manchester office. You’ll work with colleagues across our Energy and Infrastructure sector to support developers, investors, utilities, IPPs, and community energy organisations with renewable energy projects, and to support businesses helping to deliver the energy transition, including manufacturers, O&M providers, early stage companies and service providers to the sector.
You’ll undertake a broad range of corporate work, including M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, re-organisations, corporate structuring and governance. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow specialist knowledge in the Energy and Sustainability sectors.
What you’ll need
A minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
Strong expertise in corporate law, particularly in M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments
Experience or interest in the Energy and Sustainability sectors, as this will be a key area of focus
