Full time at our site based in Hildenborough (TN11) Working Hours? 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Specific Duties: Carry out daily gardening duties including mowing, strimming, weeding, hedge cutting, planting, mulching, and gritting. Keep the estate clean, tidy, and safe by litter picking and clearing waste. Report incidents, accidents, and maintenance issues to the Head Groundskeeper or Managing Agents. Identify and report health and safety or security concerns. Remove any items left in communal areas that may pose a hazard or breach safety regulations. Maintain a professional, approachable appearance and be courteous to all residents and visitors. Uphold confidentiality and respect residents privacy at all times.
