About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Dental Operations Manager to join our growing group at Sync Dental. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the operational success of our practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and leading a high-performing team of Treatment Coordinators, driving excellence in patient experience and practice performance
Leading and supporting 8 practice teams from the ground up, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development
Working closely with practice managers and clinical leads to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across all sites
Taking full ownership of cost control, budget management, and P&L across all practices, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are utilised effectively
Analysing financial performance data and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and reduce unnecessary expenditure
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators across all practices
Implementing and maintaining operational policies, procedures, and best practices
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
About You:
Proven experience in a dental operations or management role within a dental group or similar healthcare setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams
Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, cost control, and P&L responsibility across multiple sites
Financially astute with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable operational improvements
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Commercially minded with a good understanding of practice performance metrics
Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites effectively
A collaborative, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential, as the role requires regular travel between our practices across Surrey, Berkshire, and London)
Proven experience managing multi-site dental operations is highly desirable
Available to work full-time, Mon to Fri including some weekends.
