The package:
* OTE (on target earnings) for year one = £30,000-£35,000 (not limited to/approx.) – this amount is based on a basic salary of £18,000 + commission + fees + bonuses. We set achievable targets with realistic earning amounts.
* Minimum guaranteed annual earnings - £28,750.
* Generous commission structures on a sliding scale – this structure further rewards those who continue to meet their targets throughout the year
* Uncapped commission = uncapped earning potential – this means you could exceed your OTE.
* Guaranteed commission for 3 months (to support you whilst you find your feet).
* Internal and external training, and a commitment to long term professional development.
* Paid technical exams and memberships (Propertymark Level 3 NAEA/ARLA) - we support you in gaining your professional qualifications which are an essential part of building your career in the property sector.
* A company car for use in your own time as well as during working hours (work fuel covered).
* Social events and trips/conferences overseas (Mallorca).
* Company fundraising events for Cancer Research.
* Quarterly/annual bonuses and awards.

Location:
Our Head Office is in Crystal Palace (SE19 1TX). We have 9 offices across South East London. Branch allocation will be confirmed upon allocation of your role/division (either Sales or Lettings).

Essential requirements:
* A full, clean, driving license is essential. If you only have an automatic licence, please let us know within your application.
* If you do not currently live in London, or you are not in a commutable distance of our offices, you will be required to relocate prior to your starting date.
* A degree in any vocation, with a clear interest in becoming an Estate Agent.
