Our client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Support Secretary to join their team in Stafford on a temporary basis for 6-8 Weeks. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a professional, confidential approach to all duties.
Responsibilities:
* Correspondence and Documentation: Draft, type, and proofread a variety of documents, including letters, reports, and presentations. This may include audio and copy typing.
* Communication: Act as a point of contact, handling emails and correspondence. Field queries from clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders with professionalism and diplomacy.
* Data Entry and Systems Management: Accurately input data into relevant systems and databases.
* Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues, using initiative to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to provide cross-cover and ensure seamless administrative support for the department.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a secretarial role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
* Experience with a CRM or CMS is essential
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A discreet and professional manner, with the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
* Experience with audio typing is desirable.
