We're looking for kind, reliable, and motivated people to join our team as Support Workers in Rhondda Cynon Taf, providing care and support to adults living in supported accommodation with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
📍 Location: Across Rhondda Cynon Taf
🕒 Hours: Full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts available
💷 Pay: Competitive rates + paid training
💬 About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll be working directly with individuals in supported living settings, helping them to live as independently as possible. This includes support with daily routines, promoting life skills, community involvement, emotional well-being, and personal care when needed.
Every person you support is different - and so is every day in this rewarding role.

1. A caring, respectful, and patient nature
2. Good communication and teamwork skills
3. Willingness to support people with varied and sometimes complex needs
4. Full training provided
5. Driving licence desirable but not essential
