Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Extra Care Cleaner to join our Building Support Services team in the Tees Valley area. You’ll help keep our extra care schemes spotless and welcoming, making a real difference to the people who live there by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene every day.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver an excellent cleaning service in our extra care buildings, focusing on communal areas, hygiene and waste disposal to keep everything looking great.
* Stick to work schedules and standards, completing tasks on time and to customer expectations.
* Use our tech tools to stay connected, track your work and help us gather useful info.
* Follow all health, safety and data protection rules, including lone working and hazard reporting.
* Spot and report any maintenance issues, like defects or risks, and fix what you can.
* Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and managers, including attending meetings when needed.
About You:
* You take pride in high cleaning standards and have a sharp eye for detail.
* You understand safe working practices and health and safety basics.
* You’re flexible, happy working alone or in a team, and can hit deadlines with little supervision.
* You’re comfortable with digital devices or keen to learn we’ll provide the tools you need.
