We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting a client with complex mental health, challenging behaviours and autism in Northwich, Winnington area on a part time basis.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £15.60 for day shifts and £78.28 per sleeping night shift.
This position involves 28 hours per week, which are 2 sleeping night shifts 18:00‑8:00am on a Thursday and a Saturday evening.
Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant
* The role involves supporting a gentleman living within his own home to explore and enjoy the local community
* Assisting our client with their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Helping with household tasks and meal preparation
* Supporting our client to attend appointments and community activities
* Administering medication when required

What We’re Looking For
