**School Aged Immunisation Administrator Role:**
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team and support the operation of our school-aged immunisation service. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
* Retrieving data and providing it as requested
* Handling queries from managers and employees
* Measuring and reporting on project performance
* Acting as the primary point of contact for participants
* Analysing operations and suggesting improvements
* Answering scheduling queries via email and phone
* Verifying data against source documents
* Entering customer-provided data and updating records
* Uploading paper documents electronically
* Complying with company policies and procedures
**Requirements include:**
* Degree or relevant qualification
* DBS clearance
* Right to work in the UK
* Mandatory training
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
* Travel independently to surrounding areas
* Customer service and people management skills
