Receptionist - £12.80 per hour Full Time 40 hours per week

We are looking for vibrant individuals to join our Reception Team at The Kenmore Club. This is a permanent role, operating 365 days a year, with potential evening and weekend shifts according to the rota.
Reporting to the Head of Reception, your main duties will include:
1. Checking guests in and out, handling queries, complaints, requests, cash, and payments.
2. Answering the switchboard professionally and promptly.
3. Performing administrative duties and managing daily banking.
4. Being the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
5. Promoting the resort and company via social media channels.
6. Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by managers.
What are we looking for?
Qualifications
While previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will:
1. Be able to multitask and work calmly under pressure.
2. Possess a friendly, outgoing personality.
3. Have good organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Maintain a positive, 'can do' attitude.
6. Be flexible with working hours.
