Key Responsibilities
* Customer Communication: Handling inbound and outbound calls regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs.
* Workshop Bookings: Efficiently converting customer enquiries into confirmed workshop appointments.
* The Customer Journey: Managing expectations from vehicle drop-off to collection, ensuring regular updates are provided.
* Value-Added Service: Identifying and up-selling relevant products and services (e.g., service plans, tyres, and accessories) that benefit the customer.
Requirements & Experience
* Industry Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential.
* Technical Skills: Knowledge of Keyloop and RTC (or similar Dealer Management Systems) is highly desired.
* Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
* Initiative: The ability to follow procedures and work independently in a fast-paced environment
