Paraplanner Responsibilities
Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities will include:
* Supporting Financial Advisers with research and preparation for client meetings.
* Conducting product and provider research across pensions, investments and protection.
* Preparing suitability reports and financial planning documentation.
* Assisting with cashflow modelling and financial planning analysis.
* Handling technical queries from advisers and clients.
* Ensuring work is completed in line with FCA and compliance standards.
* Liaising closely with administrators, Paraplanners and Advisers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
* Senior level candidates may also be called upon to mentor junior team members and support technical development within the team.
Paraplanner Requirements:
* Experience within financial planning, either in administration, technical support or paraplanning.
* Strong communication skills with a professional and client focused approach.
* Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail.
* An interest in financial planning and a desire to continue developing technical knowledge.
* Diploma qualified or working towards qualifications desirable, although full support will be provided.
* Senior candidates should possess strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments with experience producing high quality suitability reports.
