From quilting and dressmaking to soft crafts and needlework, our goal is to bring excitement, expertise and creativity to our viewers at home.
We’re looking for a Producer who can help shape, plan and deliver high-quality live sales presentations. You’ll work closely with our Presenters and Guest Designers, helping to build shows that are engaging, entertaining and full of crafting inspiration.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the role of a Producer is to drive informative and sales focused crafting television. Utilising the art of demonstration to bring to life craft brands and products. You will be working in a close live television team to support the Presenter to drive sales as well as developing creative ideas with the brands.
- Reaching out to and managing show relationships with suppliers, demonstrators and building brand partnerships.
- Preparing with the Planning team, the on-air Guest and production team to ensure everyone knows the content and plan of each show.
- To research/be knowledgeable about products and market prices.
- Delivering informative and fun hourly shows for our customers, staying compliant for sales on TV.
- Leading the gallery communication for the live show and providing sales information for the on-air team.
- Attend regular planning meetings to collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Planning teams.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders including Buying and Planning teams.
- Test and champion new platforms and new features which existing platforms launch.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Creative with a passion for sales.
- Creative with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.

- Able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.

- A sales background is preferred but full training will be given.
Working hours & benefits:
• 6am–4pm shifts (10 hours per day) including 5 hours producing live in the gallery.
• A rotating 7-day fortnight with every other weekend off (Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday in one week and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in the next)
• 20 days holiday, company benefits and a competitive salary with a sales-related bonus
• Salary £26 to £28K per annum depending on experience. (plus sales related bonus)
