Marketing, Admissions and Communications Manager

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the new Marketing, Admissions, and Communications Department at one of the North’s leading independent schools. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to thrive under the direction of the Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications, in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
This multifaceted role offers the opportunity to engage with the operational elements of the marketing and communications strategies alongside the full admissions process.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive, hands-on, recent experience across the full spectrum of the marketing mix and grounding in a customer-facing role. With a proactive mindset, excellent copywriting skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, they will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Supporting the Director of Marketing, Admissions, and Communications, the successful candidate will manage many of Ashville’s marketing initiatives, support pupil recruitment and retention, and elevate the school’s profile among key audiences. They will be adept at monitoring and analysing performance.
Given the nature of the role, a degree of flexibility will be required, including occasional evening and weekend commitments. Additionally, the position may involve supervisory responsibilities for specific projects.
This is ideally a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, full year. The hours of work are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
The salary for this role is £32,000 to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Other benefits include free parking, free lunch, free access to the College’s gym and swimming pool for you and your family and staff fee remissions.
