We are partnering with a leading automotive company entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation, who are now looking to hire a Senior HRBP as part of this new phase. As a Senior HRBP, you will lead on the delivery of HR projects and change initiatives, providing strategic, commercially focused solutions for all employment-related matters. You will support across multiple functions at a global level, providing an exceptional service to your stakeholders on strategic projects.
Working as part of a high-performing HR team, you’ll design and deliver forward- thinking HR solutions that strengthen the organisation’s culture, build leadership capability, and enable continued success in a dynamic and competitive global market.
Summary of the role and key responsibilities:
* Lead delivery of HR projects and change initiatives aligned with business strategy and priorities.
* Provide strategic, commercially focused HR solutions to complex employment matters.
* Partner with stakeholders to deliver seamless HR support on strategic projects and core processes.
* Use people analytics to provide insights, guide decisions, and measure HR effectiveness.
* Support implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance employee experience.
* Advise and coach leaders on organisational design, change management, and workforce planning.
