The Cloud Application (Identity Management) Administrator role is responsible for the administration, development, testing and deployment of various cloud-based systems with focus on identity management at KnowBe4. In addition, the role is responsible for automating cloud-based workflows and processes, utilizing IAM/IGA solutions, to assist with compliance, auditing and reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. Administrate, configure, troubleshoot, and support IAM initiatives and solutions
2. Collaborate with KnowBe4 teams to help provide security/IAM best practices and design patterns
3. Develop and document environment topologies and standards
4. Provide an escalation point for complex issues
5. Ensure timely recovery from outages, performs root cause analysis, and implements preventative measures on owned systems
6. Seek opportunities to automate, document, share, educate, and improve processes
7. Gather requirements from internal clients and provide security/IAM technical expertise to the development of initiative requirements
8. Ensure that proposed and existing system architectures are aligned with organizational standards, goals, and objectives
9. Partner with PMO to compile requirements, workflow diagrams, and success metrics for relevant projects
10. Assist in the planning, design, and development of new capabilities and enhancements to existing applications
11. Work with team members and Project Managers to assist in setting direction and tone on cadence for project execution
12. Continue personal growth in the areas of technology, business knowledge, and KnowBe4 policies

Requirements:

13. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent work-related experience with minimum 5+ years hands-on technical experience in a similar capacity
14. Minimum 3 years with hands-on IAM, IGA or IDM experience
15. Minimum 5 years administration in cloud systems
16. Minimum 3 years in a technical project environment
17. Experience working in a regulated environment
18. Experience with cloud platform connection adapters (AD, Salesforce, etc)
19. Experience in SAML administration (OKTA, OneLogin)
20. Experience in automation/workflow systems
21. Experience in software and SaaS with an understanding of scripted languages (js, Powershell, bash)
22. Experience in JIRA and Smartsheets
23. ITIL certification a plus
24. Microsoft certification a plus
25. Smartsheets a plus
26. JIRA a plus
27. Experience or certification with Sailpoint a major plus
28. High level technical understanding of cloud based, automation and analytical systems
29. Excellent administrative and planning skills
30. Strong time management skills with adaptability to manage multiple projects and priorities
31. Strong customer service skills
