Working alongside experienced teaching and pastoral staff, you will play a key role in supporting students across a range of subjects, helping to remove barriers to learning and ensuring that every pupil receives the guidance they need to succeed. Role Responsibilities: Providing in-class support across Key Stages 3 and 4 Offering one-to-one and small-group intervention sessions Assisting with differentiated learning activities and classroom preparation Building positive, supportive relationships with students Promoting good behaviour and a constructive learning environment Working collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to meet individual needs This position would suit someone with previous school-based or youth-support experience, or a graduate exploring a future career in teaching.
