This will be a full time long term Graduate Learning Support Assistant position, with scope to go permanent. Working days and hours for this Graduate Learning Support Assistant post will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Responsibilities for this Graduate Learning Support Assistant role will include but not be limited to: Supporting SEN and lower ability students in group or whole class intervention sessions Working with the teachers to ensure each student's learning needs are identified Attending to students' social, emotional and personal needs when required Supporting behaviour management and using appropriate strategies in line with academy policy Undertaking learning activities/teaching programmes when needed The rates of pay for this Graduate Learning Support Assistant position will be between £82.14 to £100 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
