As a Learning Support Assistant you will: Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
Help students overcome emotional, behavioural and learning barriers.
Apply psychological theory and behaviour strategies in the classroom.
Create a safe, engaging and positive learning environment.
Work alongside Teachers, Therapists and SEN professionals.
