A leading consultancy is seeking a Graduate Employer's Agent to join their growing Southampton team and support the delivery of both new build residential projects and retrofit housing schemes for Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and Developers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in Construction, Surveying, or Project Management to gain structured development, hands on experience, and full support towards professional chartership (RICS).
You will initially work alongside senior Employer's Agents, assisting with the administration of design & build and retrofit contracts, attending site meetings, and managing post contract activities. Over time, you'll develop the skills and confidence to take on projects independently, providing a clear career pathway within a collaborative consultancy.

Responsibilities:
Supporting senior Employer's Agents with project delivery under JCT and bespoke agreements
Attending and minuting progress meetings, proactively managing project actions
Assisting with reporting on time, cost, and quality to clients
Supporting the handover process, including pre-handover inspections
Assisting with post-completion duties such as defects management, final accounts, and Building Manual audits
Gaining exposure to retrofit projects, helping to deliver sustainable housing improvements alongside new build developments Requirements:
Degree / Qualification in Project Management Construction, Surveying, or a related discipline
Full UK driving licence and access to a car (site visits required across the South)
Ambition to progress professionally and work towards RICS chartership
