JOB DESCRIPTION
Ecolab is seeking a Program Manager to join their Bioprocessing supply chain team in Llantrisant, Wales, supporting the expansion and operational readiness of manufacturing capabilities in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing projects end-to-end, coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
1. Strategic Planning: Define objectives, create roadmaps, and establish timelines.
2. Resource Allocation: Secure resources, optimise workflows, and manage budgets.
3. Team Coordination: Assemble teams, streamline communication, and resolve conflicts.
4. Risk Management: Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and implement contingencies.
5. Performance Tracking: Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Experience
6. Degree in Business, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or Operations / Supply Chain Management. 7+ years of experience in LSS, Finance or Supply Chain Management. 3+ years’ experience managing a portfolio of cross functional projects or programs.
7. Strong IT and data analysis skills
8. Self-motivation and the ability to self-supervise are essential
9. Strong organisational skills with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced demanding environment
10. Strong statistical understanding and problem-solving skills.
11. Fluent in English language.
12. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
13. Advanced knowledge spreadsheet and graphics (., Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
14. Experience dealing with time demands, incomplete information.
15. Good organizational and planning skills.
16. Can demonstrate leadership potential and coaching, training and mentoring skills.
17. Ability to work in a matrix and multi-cultural environment.
18. Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others.
19. Previous experience or exposure to project and change management.
