Key Responsibilities Log, track, and update mechanical repair jobs across fleet systems Liaise with workshops, suppliers, and engineers to schedule and progress repairs Raise purchase orders and process invoices in line with approval processes Monitor repair timelines and escalate delays or issues Ensure accurate records of work completed and costs incurred Support compliance and audit requirements relating to mechanical repairs Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding repair status
