Morson are working with a leading Defence Manufacturer who are looking for new Quality Assurance Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for:-
* To provide problem-solving expertise to overcome operational challenges
* Lead and support Kaizen events and workshops, driving rapid improvement and engaging cross-functional teams
* Assess internal and external trends to see opportunities for operational improvement
* To engage with cross functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and promoting data driven decision making
* Collate, validate and analyse complex data sets to identify trends and priorities
* Mentor, coach and build team capability to achieve sustainable process improvements
What we're looking for from you:
1. To demonstrate relevant work experience ideally backed up with qualifications
2. Ideally Black Belt or equivalent with experience
3. Demonstrate excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify trends and drive improvements
4. Some electrical / electrical test experience would be an advantage
5. Ability and confidence to report to all levels of the business
6. Good planning and organising skills to ensure multiple tasks are prioritised and monitored to deliver set objectives
