This role offers the chance to manage a portfolio of clients, lead a high-performing team, and deliver innovative accounting and tax solutions across rural and property sectors. The Role You will manage a portfolio of rural and property clients, delivering tailored accounting and tax solutions while building strong client relationships. Alongside reviewing accounts and tax returns, you'll identify planning opportunities, support partners with advisory work, and develop junior staff. This is a client-facing leadership role with scope to grow both the department and your career.
