About The Role:
Working Days: 3 week rolling shift pattern
0700 until 1730 week1
0730 until 1800 week 2
0900 until 1800 week 3

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming and guiding court users.
* Monitoring premises and visitors viaCCTVand x-ray machines, together with other security checks such as using hand-held metal detectors on court users and bag searches on arrival.
* Patrolling and securing access to buildings and satellite buildings, keeping in contact with the control room with the use of hand-held radios.
* Responding to panic alarm buttons in Judges' rooms, courts and offices.
* Responding to any security issues within the complex and recording and reporting details of those incidents
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
* Must have Right to Work in the UK.
* An enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance will be completed for the successful candidate
* SIA Licence and relevant security related experience
* Strong people and customer service skills
* Good diligence and high standard of work
* Effective communication skills
Attendance Allowance of £1 per hour can be earned on contracted hours, subject to meeting certain attendance-related criteria.
