Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to join our friendly and professional team. In this role, you will support the development and education of children in our care, ensuring they enjoy a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering activities that promote learning through play and support each child's individual needs.

Main Responsibilities:
* Support and facilitate children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Observe and assess children’s progress and contribute to planning activities that promote development.
* Maintain a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements regarding child protection, health, and safety.
Requirements
Requirements:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent relevant childcare qualification.
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
* Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well within a team and independently.
* Enhanced DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
