The role of Helpdesk Administrator:
* Be the friendly and professional point of contact for operational colleagues, addressing their queries and concerns
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and effectively
* Complete administrative tasks on the CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system including assigning colleagues and sub-contractors to service tasks, generating purchase orders, and updating admin information
* Liaise with maintenance staff and subcontractors, ensuring timely response and resolution of service desk requirements
* Work closely with the Head of Maintenance and Head of Property Help Desk to enhance service quality and reporting
* Monitor and maintain accurate data in the CAFM system related to helpdesk work orders, including assignment, prioritisation, and categorisation
* Monitor and complete work orders for remedial actions, both in-house and contractor-related
