Senior Enterprise PMO Digital Lead
The Senior Enterprise PMO digital lead is a critical role within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation program at Mars Inc. This program will transform our end‑to‑end PLM processes, data models and system capabilities to drive growth and efficiencies across our global business.
This role will report to the Digital R&D Senior Director and be part of dynamo program team of project managers, process owners and data leads across the enterprise and business segments. Responsibility includes building and maintaining an effective operating model, orchestrating decision making, driving stakeholder engagement and maintaining budget oversight.

PLM PMO Operating Model
* Create and support a robust governance PMO process in accordance with industry best practice (Portfolio, Program and Project Management).
* Oversee the PLM program plan across all workstreams and drive compliance with best practice through program/project reviews, status tracking, risk/issue escalation, dependency mapping and process adherence.
* Line‑manage project manager resources.
Orchestration of Decision Drumbeat
* Lead and facilitate steering meetings, consolidating critical decisions across streams, maintaining view of all risks, raising roadblocks and developing hypotheses to align senior stakeholders.
* Facilitate the central program agenda (weekly leadership team updates, steering groups for PLM functional VP updates) and coordinate logistics (meeting invites, calendars, agendas, pre‑reads, minutes).
* Work with the financial Co‑Pilot to monitor the program budget and consolidate overall spend against targets.
Effective Stakeholder Engagement & Sponsorharib Monitoring
* Develop and maintain a Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and Communication Plan with the Change Manager.
* Engage senior stakeholders through leadership forums, develop engagement materials, storylines and flight paths, and pre‑wire decision requirements.
Financial Budget Submission
* Oversee all future enterprise funding submissions for the PLM program, supported by the finance Co‑Pilot and segment leads, and coordinated by the PLM program director(s).
Key Skills and Experiences
* Extensive PMO and project management expertise with oversight of distributed teams across multiple external parties and business segments.
* Strong proactive orchestrator with experience coordinating a PMO function in a complex cross‑segment environment.
* Excellent communicator at all organisational levels in a global setting.
* Line‑management experience.
* Experience in digital programmes within R&D of a CPG, including innovative approaches to add value.

Pay Range: The base pay range for this position is USD 89,091.00 – USD 122,500.00. Variable pay, medical and dental benefits, 401(k) participation, and paid time off are also included as part of the total compensation package.
