Compass Associates is partnering with a fast-growing healthcare provider on the appointment of a Area Operations Manager. This is a key leadership role, responsible for operational excellence, driving revenue growth, and delivering outstanding patient experiences across a large portfolio of dental practices in Greater London and the surrounding areas. About the Role Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will oversee day-to-day management and commercial performance across your region. This is a hands-on partnership role that requires balancing financial accountability, leadership of practice teams, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
