Position Overview
The Key Account / Sales Area Manager will join our international team and support the development of our company's presence in London or the UK region. The role is focused on promoting porcelain surfaces to developers, architects, interior designers, retailers, and distributors.
Responsibilities
* Support the local team in identifying and tracking project opportunities in the UK area.
* Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, retailers, and distributors.
* Participate in meetings and presentations to promote company's solutions to professionals in the A&D community.
* Help prepare technical and commercial documentation for project proposals.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team on the organization of events, showroom visits, and social media activities.
* Enter and update data in the company's CRM system (Salesforce).
* Provide administrative support for ongoing project follow-ups and reporting.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
* A genuine interest in architecture, interior design, the ceramic and construction industry.
* Ideally 2-3 years of experience in a B2B commercial or promotional role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in presenting to clients and engaging with professionals.
* Ability to manage autonomously his/her own agenda in visiting retailers or customers, travelling frequently across the UK/London Area.
* Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM systems (training will be provided).
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a strong plus.
* Based wherever in the UK or in London Area specifically.
