The Role We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to keep our workplace running smoothly and efficiently. This hands-on role is at the heart of our operations—covering office management, facilities, staff communications, and supplier coordination. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our office is welcoming, safe, and well-equipped, while supporting our teams with events, communications, and day-to-day administration. What You'll Do Office Support Maintain fully stocked and tidy kitchen, meeting rooms, and stationery areas; manage weekly grocery and supply orders. Oversee office cleanliness and maintenance, including cleaning contracts, confidential waste, recycling, and compliance checks. Manage supplier relationships for office operations (printers, Planteria, etc.) and approve related invoices and POs. Coordinate weekly team comms, bi-weekly breakfasts, and support company events. Conduct office inductions for new starters and ensure visitors are familiar with fire exits and safety procedures. Monitor and respond to voicemails on the main office line. Close the office daily, ensuring all areas are tidy and secure. Assist team administrators during peak periods, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and cleared efficiently, and providing general administrative support as required. Manage Vodafone contracts, phone orders, and invoice queries. Coordinate external meeting room bookings and organise monthly birthday gifts. Support the Social Committee with planning events, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes. Hold and reconcile the company credit card; submit monthly breakdowns to Accounts. Oversee Fire Marshal and First Aid training, checks, and equipment servicing. Act as Fire Marshal and First Aider, coordinating drills and updated safety procedures. Organise annual office events (Christmas decorations, Easter Egg Hunt, Secret Santa, etc.). Provide admin cover and general support to the wider team as needed. Construction & Development Team Support Schedule and coordinate meetings with external contacts for team members. Complete and file G&H forms for approvals and record keeping. Provide ad hoc administrative support, including spreadsheets, correspondence, digital filing and document preparation. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. A confident communicator, comfortable liaising with colleagues and suppliers. Proactive, approachable, and professional—able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in Microsoft Office and enthusiastic about maintaining a positive office culture.
