The Role
As a graduate engineer, your daily tasks will vary to expose you to all aspects of our work. Responsibilities may include:
* Working on live projects from day one
* Engaging in sectors such as healthcare, hotels, and more
* Producing detailed designs and drawings
* Using software like Revit, Dialux, Relux, and Electrical OM
* Participating in continuous CPD and learning opportunities
* Designing electrical circuits, wiring, and lighting
You will communicate regularly with project teams, clients, and end users, and attend collaborative meetings. You will be assigned a dedicated mentor and supervisor, receiving comprehensive training to support your development.
What We Are Looking For
* An expected or achieved 2.1 or above in an IET or CIBSE accredited degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or similar.
* A master's or relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
* Previous placement or work experience in a similar industry is beneficial.
* Knowledge of CAD or similar software is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* A friendly, ambitious, confident, flexible, and resilient individual.
