Temporary Assistant Service Manager - Bury St Edmunds
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Assistant Service Manager in Bury St Edmunds, on a part-time contract (15 hours per week) and must have a full driving license.

Overview
As an Assistant Service Manager, you will report to the Service Manager. Working alongside them, you will help to support a team of Support Workers and ensure the smooth running of the service.
Responsibilities
* Have strong communication skills with the people we support, colleagues and other stakeholders.
* Be confident to support with leading and managing a team.
* Be flexible, ensuring there is adequate support across the management team on site.
* Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
This role requires you to be a driver.
What will you be doing as an Assistant Service Manager?
* To be confident in being able to work using a computer and electronic systems.
* Support the Service Manager with agreed management tasks.
* Support the team with their development.
* Ensuring compliance across the team and service.
