The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is a key role focused on expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
* Represent Agriemach at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within engineering, automotive, or environmental sectors.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
