Location:Caerphilly (Hybrid Working – Minimum 3 Days in Office)
Hours:Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary:£26,500 per annum

In this vital role, you’ll support the financial operations for foster carers and local authorities, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and query resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately process and manage carer payments in a timely manner
* Maintain and respond to email communications efficiently
* Follow established finance procedures and contribute ideas for improvements
* Manage internal and external finance-related queries professionally
* Monitor and support overpayment processes and reporting
* Raise invoices in line with contract agreements and timelines
* Perform carer payment journal entries and BACS processing
* Work confidently with Excel spreadsheets
* Complete month-end income and payment reconciliations to deadlines
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations
* Carry out additional administrative or finance-related tasks as needed

* Previous experience in finance or administration roles
* Good working knowledge of Excel
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
