As a Member Support Team Leader, you will report into the Member Support Operations Manager, leading a team of Member Support Advisors, ensuring they have the skillset and breadth of knowledge to deliver a world-class service to our members.
You will resolve high-level escalated member queries by monitoring team performance and overseeing the delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Please be aware shifts may vary - morning, evening, and weekend working will be required.
